Casa Azara is a detached villa with a spacious garden and a private swimming pool, comfortably accommodating up to six guests. The villa features three bedrooms, each equipped with air conditioning or fans, and heating is available during the winter months. There are three bathrooms in total: two en-suite bathrooms and one separate bathroom.

Inside, you’ll find a cozy living room, a well-equipped kitchen, and a small TV and game room—ideal for relaxing family time. The garden offers several tables and seating areas, both in the sun and in the shade, making it perfect for outdoor dining or unwinding.

The house is located in the village of L’Eliana, just a 10-minute walk from many excellent restaurants, a 10-minute walk to the bus stop, and a 15-minute walk to the metro station. Metro line 2 takes you directly to Valencia city, approximately 17 kilometers away, in about 30 minutes.
